Note 8 restarting itself

So lately I've been having this problem with my phone. Now the first time it reset itself was like a couple of months back and I thought it was just one isolated incident. But now its starting to become more frequent. Twice in one week. I thought maybe it was associated with this background app I use its animated...so I uninstalled it and got the premium version of it. It stopped for a good while. But now its rebooting itself again.

My phone is running android version 8. I don't really wanna update firmware.
