with At&T's WATCHTV app (not their standard AT&T app), which if you search google with "ROKU" associated it takes you to the ROKU page where you can select it and it shows installed, but does not show up on my channel line up. I contacted At&T and they said it was in process, but had not gone live as of yet. My guess is that you may have a similar issue.

2. Fandango now

Fandango now is on the menu the left side of the screen and it gives you the options of the movie store by fandango or the TV store by fandango click on those and it should launch, if not sign out and back in to your Roku and try it again, to do that go to settings then to system then down to system restart.

On the Roku, fandango now is not one of the apps that you see over on the right hand side showing all the apps like Netflix and Hulu, fandango now is built into the system under home, featured free etc.

It's not there and it's not offered on the list. Our online account says it is installed.

But thanks,

Customer service suggested resetting to factory settings. But we would lose all our passwords etc. we already have installed.

frequently enough to worry about passwords.

Should take you only minutes. I assume this is important to you because:

a. you dont have a TV with smart apps and therefore cant add the app to your TV

b. like the rest of us want to rent movies while we are in this trump caused madness

If passwords is the only reason you are hesitating, then...well that is up to you.
