Does it always resolve to this in MS Edge...or just some of the time?

Briefly, when I first load a page. After a few seconds it resolves to the proper format.

I've just put this down to CSS loading slowly, at least more slowly than DU3. If you just leave it, does the page eventually load properly?

Edit to say: not using Edge but Waterfox, a Firefox spin-off.

This is an intermittent issue which we expect to clear up over time. For now, the best thing to try if this happens is to do a hard page reload by holding down the Shift key while you click the browser refresh button. In most cases that will do the trick, but sometimes it won’t… if it doesn’t work the only thing to do is try again a little later I’m afraid. Sorry for the inconvenience, we expect this to become less of a problem going forward.

If I think Edge is having problems I usually try 3 things.
1- Clear the cache (All time, but only cached images and files)
2 - Check if it is up to date. Menu->Settings->About Microsoft Edge
3-Repair. Windows Settings->Apps->Installed Apps->Microsoft Edge->Advanced->Modify

It turns out that upload.democraticunderground.com (where some of the CSS is hosted) is flagged as hate/discrimination by OpenDNS, which is what I use for DNS filtering. As soon as I whitelisted upload.democraticunderground.com, the formatting started working again. It wouldn't shock me at all if rethugs were systematically reporting progressive sites as hate groups, so that the various filtering services flag the content.
