If you're using USB ports, power is limited and can be shared by multiple ports. This can cause device issues and slowdowns if the devices aren't getting enough power.

Try different ports, if you have others available, or get a powered USB hub. A powered hub will ensure that the devices all get enough power.

5. Check Bluetooth settings on computer.

Might have gone awry, or you need to re-pair (hopefully, not repair) the mouse. If you use a dongle for Bluetooth, check it and any driver software.


I have a Bluetooth keyboard that balked until I hit some magic incantation. Happy ever after now.
