Do I have to keep signing in . I pointed out my problem before.. you can find out my whine from earlier ..easy enough to keep signing , but when you are on the same page, you have lost the item you are on. It’s a bloody hassle. .please just keep me o on .

1. This is often on the computer/phone side and not DU.

Check your browser settings to make sure cookies are allowed or add an exception for DU if they are not, and check to make sure it's set to allow passwords to be saved. Check browser extensions and other apps that might be deleting cookies periodically or when you close the browser. If so, add DU as an exception there, as well, or turn them off.

2. DU is behaving well. It may be your browser. Are you in "private" or "incognito" mode?

Is some extension clearing cookies in your browser?

Any other doo-dads running on your computer/tablet/phone?

3. I have same problem on my iPhone

Most of the time I can’t view imbedded YouTube videos even though I’m logged into YouTube. My software engineer husband can’t figure it out. This is a problem for about 2 months now. Sucks.
