Google Play Store Question- Issue Resolved

Last edited Sun Nov 10, 2024, 12:58 PM - Edit history (1)

I have Google Play on Samsung 24. So I went to add a gift card I received tonight. When I tried it said no WI Fi connection. All my other apps were working and I was connected. I tried restarting my phone, shutting off my phone, cleared cache on gp ap, did a force stop, switched from wi--fi to mobile app, still getting same message. I tried everything you tube video recommended with no luck. Any suggestions?

Or turn off the wifi on your phone and try using the phone service network. What is your data plan?

That's a good idea about the computer. I do have a laptop I could try when I get up later this morning.

Once you've ever logged into the playstore you can select apps for that device from the webpage for the google play store and then on the phone the app will get installed.

Apparently it was a glitch in their latest updates. They told me to hit uninstall updates and that worked.
