Help needed with Facebook
Opened an account five/six years ago to send a donation to Hillary's campaign. That was the ONE time I used FB. Ever.
A year or so later, tried to use it again, but when I entered my email address, got this message: "You're temporarily blocked for misusing this feature by going too fast. You've been temporarily blocked from using it. If you think this doesn't go against our community standards let us know."
Have thoroughly scoured FB's help pages. The help all begins with "log in and..." but can't log in because the message above blocks me -- STILL all these years later -- any suggestions?
I need to get on FB because I need help due to the Fla. hurricanes, and the site I need can only be contacted via FB.

... I know someone who wants to do one of those "Remembering..." pages for a deceased relative. She can't figure it out... I think they have so much trouble with hackers that their guardrails catch real users. I donated on FB and then couldn't, also. For me, it just said I was "blocked" from donating. It turned out my bank saw it as a questionable exchange - the bank blocked it, rather than FB. Also, many times you do all the "Help" stuff and end up with a live person when nothing else works. Does FB have live people to help?
