Lll Help with personal photos for DU post....... (Original Post) Grassy Knoll Mar 2013 OP
Two ways. If you have Facebook, post em to your timeline. Otherwise, you need to use photobucket. NYC_SKP Mar 2013 #1
I'm told you must set up a photobucker or imgur account. After you upload them there, you link them. freshwest Mar 2013 #2

Or a similar online photo account.

With facebook, post the pic then view the pic then hit command click with the cursor over the pic and select "view picture", then copy the URL and paste into a DU reply or OP.

With photobucket or other, you need to have an account, load the pic or pics, then view the pics and again find the URL for the image, usually ends with "jpg" or "gif".

Good luck!

I've been on other message board sites that allow one to simply drag the photo off the desktop or through the browse function to the image section of one's home page. The site assigned a location for them. AFAIK, DU does not provide this function, and only takes pix that are jpg, png, etc. with links. Someone else may pop up with a better answer, but that's all I know. Hope that helps.
