iPad keeps showing "an error occurred on this page and was reloaded"

Dozens of times per day. iPad mini with retina. This started after I downloaded the new update. It is driving me crazy and I am looking for a different browser than Safari. I hate this.

Actually, it does it on my iPhone 5c as well, also updated and using Safari

Any ideas what is causing this? Fix? What browser would be better?

When it happens to me I attribute it to my slow (AT&T) service. Might or might not be true, but it makes me feel better.

I have a Mac Mini and am using Safari. I think it is a glitch in Safari.

Now it is constant. Most pages don't load right. I hate it and want to load Firefox when it is ready for iUse.
