The Cain family would be foolish to invite him to speak.

"Sadly, our dear friend, Herman Cain, succumbed to an illness that doesn’t exist – although it is suspected that dreaming about sex with demons and witches led to his untimely passing.”

Several reasons why he wouldn't attend the funeral, let alone speak at it: (1) Fat Nixon would have to acknowledge that Cain died from covid19. He's not about to do that, ever. (2) Giving a eulogy would mean he'd have to say something nice about someone besides himself. He couldn't even do that at his own father's funeral, and just bragged about his real estate deals. Even though Cain was a fan, I doubt that his family would want a eulogy that was nothing but Trump bragging about himself. And (3) Cain was black. There would be other black people at the funeral. Trump doesn't want to hang out with black people.
