Get rid of Valadao-R(CA-21),Garcia-R(CA-25) and Kim-R(CA-39) -4R

And didn’t find a TX 37, 38 or 39. Are they new districts? Where are they?

6. TX-37,TX-38, and TX-39 are new districts.

They can make TX-7(Fletcher-D),TX-15(Gonzalez-D),and TX-32(Allred-D) safer to create a Republican leaning district in TX-37, TX-38, and TX-39.
