If Tom Harkin(D-IA) ran for re-election in 2014 and 2020, Would he have won both races?

If Dave Loebsack-D was the Democratic nominee in 2014 against Ernst-R. Would he have won?

trusted him. Not sure Joni would have been his opponent in 2014.

As for Loebsack, he was a much more low key politician than Bruce Braley. Early on Braley was well known and fairly well thought of until he made that gaffe about Grassley being a farmer.

Loebsack was barely known outside of his district at that time. But I think Dave would have had a more controlled campaign. I would say tossup in 2014
