One R that falls. The Dems have already said they will draw the maps fairly but to suit the Dems. The gqp had a chance to weigh in and did nothing but complain, so they have lost out.

2. The US House District in IL that gets eliminated is either IL-13(Davis-R)or IL-16(Kinzinger-R).

If Democrats want to protect IL-14(Underwood-D) and IL-17(OPEN-Bustos-D). IL-13(Davis-R) gets eliminated.
