If WV Democrats want to get rid of Manchin and hold onto the WV US Senate seat in 2024,

The should recruit and nominate Ojeda.
Ojeda is military guy who appeals to WWC voters. In the 2018 WV-3 US House Race, Ojeda got 44 percent of the popular vote.

If his backing provides exposure his personal history should aid his chances. I suspect his uphill climb to national acceptance will be steep. Remember, Biden had to wait until suitable planetary warming and an ice-age had passed before he was considered a viable candidate.

I liked Ojeda till he went off the rails a while ago. Thanks for reminding me about him. I’ll go check them out again and see what’s up with him now
