He has asked his viewers and fans to see if we can WhiteHouse.gov a petition for President Obama to finally make an appearance on "Real Time."

Considering where President Obama has been appearing lately...

Bill Maher donated $!,000,000 in 2012 for the reelection, so he does have some credibility in supporting our president!

3. Bill Maher has had some iconic moments over the years.

"Politically Incorrect" when he said what no one else would. Guests no one had seen but now are known worldwide!

He had conversations with Elizabeth Warren where he broad brushed Republicans as the essence of evil while Elizabeth Warren stayed focused on the financial evils. He repeatedly begged her to run for president.

He told Senator Sanders (I-VT) to his face that he supported his race for the Democratic nomination. Bill Maher is a progressive liberal.

Last night he apologized to Al Gore to his face for supporting Nader in 2000, calling it "a youthful indiscretion."

Bill Maher has vehemently and repeatedly defended Hillary from all manner of attacks in the last year, and while his heart may be with Bernie, his head seems to be with...

It took me 20 minutes for my 'signature' to go through last night, kept kicking it out as the numbers rose.

This is our birthday present to him - I bet by Wednesday it will be on the presidents desk!

Then two great comedian satirists will have to work out the bit!

I include President Obama, of course, as he continues to after all these years suggest we can get along with Republicans - that is hilarious!

10. I'll try to clarify this for you.

It took me 20 minutes to email my one single 'signature' to whitehouse.gov. The petition email address is crashing because too many people have been sending their email to the site at the same time and it doesn't have the capacity to handle the traffic.

That is why there are only 46,000 plus out of the needed 100,000 'signatures' in the hours this petition has been up!

The petition requirement is 100,000 signatures in 30 days! Shall we give it another day or so?

Petition should be going to the president who will either schedule an appearance or tell Bill Maher why he won't come on the show.

I would think President Obama would enjoy an appearance - especially now as it is the will of the people!

18. I don't have HBO, I have "HBO NOW" (streaming)...

So I didn't get to watch Real Time until early this morning and there were 75K signatures and I checked back around 3hours ago and it was like 110K signature and just now 115K...even though they don't need any more signatures, people are still signing...
