He registered as a candidate on the last day. After the deadline passed, he dropped out.
Arkansas is a deep red state, but this year, we may take a few of them. And Tom Cotton is a complete asshole.

candidate and threatened to release it a couple of days after the deadline to fold had passed, which caused him to drop out. I don't know if that was ever substantiated.
