Kerry just gave what sounds like an incredible foreign policy speech - arguing diplomacy should be

first resort. I can't find a link to text, video or even an article. What there is is the series of tweets with hashtag fpTrends - which is the organization where Kerry gave the key note speech. The quotes sound great - I hope the text becomes available. (There are also comments from foreign policy writers who attended.

One interesting tweet - is a quote from JK that seems to referencing the line in his 1971 speech about foreign policy turning.
