After having here on du countless read excerpts of Douglas Brinkley's " Tour of Duty" , which enlighted me more than I knew previously about Kerry's awful personal struggle with harrassement, an persecution from the then , yes, kind of paranoid NWH, a question comes to my mind.

On Wikipedia, Kerry is not listed on the Ennemy List record.

Why? Did Dirty trick Dick ad a special memo for him only?

And I wonder what's the real Number of poeple who had been targeted by RN, and how?

If anyone knows, very thank-you.


PS: I had also my harassement time, two years ago, as beeing active at the Occupy movement, and quite outspoken, I was arrested following buid false allegation of wandalism, hopelly, it eventually ended good. The Court released us, without proof or charges

1. There were various lists and obviously Nixon never publisized his lists

There were lists - like people he had the IRS (our tax agency) - scrutinize. In Kerry's case, he was followed by the FBI, had his phone tapped for years and Nixon's people gave the local media (which was right wing) several untrue stories that smeared him.

There was NO justification for the FBI to have followed Kerry as he never broke laws. In fact, he was the one who carefully obtained the permits needed to protest and - of course - he was invited by the Chair of the Senate committee to testify. He was very respectful - even as he strongly condemned the war - and the Senators praised him for what he did.
