What I see is, mostly, big stocks have all the volatility while lower quality stocks are stuck in the mud. Markets like this flush out the dregs and reward quality.

It had closed above the "bear" line in the previous two trading days

Is my computer not showing a different daily cartoon? I see the same toon since June 21. Or maybe you are on vacation?
Edit: maybe I should have read the comments on June 21. Sorry, I don't know of any other website for current toons.
