2. Markets power higher, some global funds up 10% this year already

Blue chips are really jumping, tech especially. Fed hikes interest rates next week. Markets seem to feel the PAUSE is imminent. My economic gurus seem to think more like April or June. But .25% is still a possibility for January, and that would juice stocks.
