for all the lunch breaks I worked through over the years. But that was long ago and I am retired now.

from their workers anymore!

And Ive earned my liberal cred by watching out for this kind of thing at places Ive worked. Thankfully Ive had honest employers and the things Ive caught were unintentional. Can this person be salaried? No. Do we have to pay OT if it wasnt authorized? Yes. And Ive unofficially advised my husbands employer about meetings off the clock for hourly employees (NO) and OT issues. Nothing pisses me off more than wage theft.
