Credit card issued by my health insurance?

I went to order new glass prescription. With new frame, around $1000.
Oh, the rep said, you have this insurance and you can use $200 charging their issued MasterCard.
I do?
Yes, apparently a card was mailed to me at the beginning of the year. I don't remember, probably cut is since I have all the credit cards that I need... and then some.
And, yes, this is the only way to use this allowance.
So I called to "report" a stolen card, to, yes, "inactivate" it and a new one would be mailed.
If I wanted to use a credit card to pay for any health expenses, which I don't, so far, I can use one of my own.
Anyone has the same arrangement? Is it only for Medicare Advantage?
Strange
On edit, will be interesting to find out whether this card is only for health related expenses and whether it charges annual fee. Either way the merchant, in my case, the glass store will have to pay a fee..
