Wow, that felt GOOD!

Here it is nearly August. I JUST got an email from our former accountant asking about our 2013 tax return. (Two businesses actually).

After a couple of years of practically zero service from them in addition to flat out mistakes, and always a filing extension until September, I went with a new firm. I am embarrassed to admit how much I love the new firm. They are completely client friendly, answer emails quickly, provide me online access to my records, and the taxes were done in early March.

It felt so good to let the former place know we no longer needed their services.

in the 2008 tax year. I didn't have the pleasure of telling the former firm adios in the way that you did, but I do relate to your LOVE of your new firm's professionalism.

I'm meeting with mine this afternoon to turn in my year-end (June 30) and EVERY year now I gloat over how much simpler my life is now that I'm dealing with PROS!
