A family cat had to be euthanized after she was brutally tortured.
The cat was strung up in a noose, doused in acid, and had her fur cut off.
Princess was near death when veterinarians found her in Devon, England.
An unidentified acidic poison ate away at her face and mouth, leaving her barely able to breathe.
Her fur was cut down to the skin and abrasive marks around her neck indicated she had been strung up by a noose.
She had to be euthanized due to the severity of her injuries.
Princess disappeared from her family home weeks earlier.
Her family is appealing to law enforcement to investigate this abuse.
