The United States recently unlocked ATACMs missiles for long range strikes into Russian territory. What does it mean for the war in Ukraine, and where do things go from here? Could this cause World War 3 to spark?

Russia's military leadership has been killed off and the ground game worn down, and Lloyd Austin has personally warned Putin's military commander, Shoigu, what will happen if they go for tactical nuclear weapons. Not everything that will happen, but enough to let them know they will pay dearly.
