Russia Abandons Syria - Joe Blogs
In this video I discuss the impact that Russia's invasion of Ukraine and subsequent Economic problems & personnel shortages is having on Syria. Russia joined the war in Syria in September 2015 and over the past 9 years has invested Billions, providing both manpower and military equipment to support the Assad regime. Due to the ongoing drain on its resources from the war in Ukraine Russia is no longer able to provide this support and the HTS rebel group is now taking cities and advancing upon the Capital unopposed.
