Here's a whacko theory

Aliens have entered r bodies and have to share some features with humans. Aliens can impregnate humans, but they don't know which humans are expecting alien offspring. So the r's are enacting crazy laws that ignore women's health and humanity, so the alien fetuses can be born. Any human babies born are unimportant, so r's can go ahead and cut away the social programs that protect born humans. The aliens will take care of their own. Of that mentality, it is an outlook that aliens and r's have, so cruelty is enhanced.

Because I can't think of a plausible reason that explains the r destruction of human procreation.

Aliens have already landed, and inhabit the bodies of half the human race.
These are the ruthless sociopaths who murder, rape, torture others.
Or rob the rest of us blind, take all the world's money and starve the rest of us.
They feed off of power, control wealth.

Of course, it could be the other way around, the aliens are the good guys, trying to save this planet from evil humans.
And to create a better world in this part of the galaxy.

How can humans be capable of such goodness, create such beauty and joy.
And at the same time be so very evil to the core?

If we eliminate pschosis, I think fear is a big driver. And the far right likes to peddle fear, so we see the increase of evil actions.

OTOH, I read last fall that some researchers think sociopathy in humans is actually a survival skill. Although I think we could survive quite well being nice to each other.

Fear does provoke ruthless measures to protect. Which could have survival benefits for a species.

Or used by ruthless leaders to make various groups hate each other.
And make them willing to fight to the death.
Just for political gain or other goals.
Yes like the GOP is doing in the US and Putin is doing in Russia.

But then we also see sociopathy motivated by pure greed to acquire wealth, land, etc.
Which could also have survival benefits.
A leader who can provide food and shelter to his people, means the group will survive.

However we see it all go beyond survival to just plain greed.
The wealthy have more money than they can ever spend in a lifetime.
And are not interested in promoting to the general welfare.

And then of course we have those humans who enjoy ruthless cruelty, it is a turn on.

So human survival skills cross over into raw evil.

I have thought for a long time that the handful of the wealthiest sociopaths are playing betting games with each other. Setting challenges among each other, and whoever loses has to buy Twitter Or leave their swamp fortress and run for president.

In the meantime, the rest of us pay and pay for their madness.

I think there were studies done that revealed that about 10% of humans wouldn't harm anyone no matter what they were threatened with, and 10% would do anything to avoid the consequence of the threat, and the rest of the people have a mixed response. I think the study was an effort to find out why there were people who worked in concentration camps in WWII.

It was done on wealthy millionaires.
No matter how rich they were, with so many luxuries, they never felt they had enough money.
If they could have more money, they would be happy finally.

Even the richest guy the researchers interviewed felt the same way.
So nothing is ever enough.

It is a money addiction.
And they will destroy everyone else to satisfy their addiction.

We don't really know what people will do until they are in certain situations.
The famous Stanford prison experiment in 1971 showed that ordinary people
will quickly sink into violent behavior when conditions promote it.

I am less enthusiastic about donating or otherwise sharing my good fortune. When I noticed that selfishness creeping in, like Gollum with the ring, I fought it, and got over it. I wonder how many people just accept the selfishness without examining the reasons, and trying to go against the flow.

I think it is addictive. Just like alcoholics and other forms of addiction, if people don't recognize their illness, they won't do anything to heal themselves.

I was a young therapist, right out of grad school.
Sometimes my car didn't start and the clinic patients would give it a jump right away.

Or they would bring in gifts during the holidays. Inexpensive or homemade.
But something to show their gratitude. People in wealthier communities didn't do this.

I was not looking for gifts of course, and would not be allowed to keep anything expensive.
But I noticed the difference.

Aliens fighting over earth's resources.

Good vs Evil is such a deeply ingrained human dichotomy, makes sense it would also be the case across the universe.

Some of the MAGAs and GOP folks don't look quite human to me. They don't seem to have mastered shape shifting
yet.

Mar 2023

there are good and bad aliens among us. I think the greys are good, and reptilians are bad, but it's been a long time since I read stories about aliens on Earth. If there are aliens, and some are good, some are bad, then the bad ones have got hold of the r's.

In my whacko theory, the aliens who took over r's are only evil because they are not human and have a different cultural outlook. In which case, the r's they inhabit, who are human, should be ashamed of themselves for being such horrible examples of humanity.

The theory of reincarnation, karma, and actors continuing roles beyond lifetimes can explain everything so well, but it is too much of a stretch for those who see vast patterns of interstellar-alien influence as cause for the pyramids of the past and conservatives in the here and now.

Reincarnation is a consistent belief system over time across the planet.
Even Christian religions say we are souls who live forever but say
we just float around on a cloud which is ridiculous.

It could be both of course. Aliens and karma co-exist.

We are eternal souls born again and again until we become more Godlike and return to our creator.
AND the universe is teeming with life.

But I can't really see aliens coming to Earth in a (probably) lightweight and technically advanced vehicle, then building huge monuments made of stone.

I might not understand the purpose of reincarnation correctly, but isn't the idea to learn from errors in one life and become better and better in each subsequent life? If current r's are the manifestation of reincarnated entities, seems like the r's can't do that correctly, either.
