CHEMTRAILS - are they contrails or something else?

I live in Central FL now, and since I've moved up here from South FL, I keep seeing a huge amount of chemtrails, which can not be explained scientifically. They mostly appear on the West side of Orlando, and some sunny mornings the whole sky on the west is covered with them. And they don't dissipate, instead they turn into clouds.
