A proposal from an anti-'woke' activist investor was soundly defeated by Kohl's Corp. shareholders at the retailer's annual meeting on Wednesday. ... More than 94% of Kohl's of votes cast by shareholders rejected a proposal from the National Center for Public Policy Research which wanted the company to establish a committee to review the company's charitable giving and "the effect of those actions on the company's financial sustainability."

The National Center for Public Policy Research has made roughly 60 similar proposals with companies around the country, but those proposals have not found much support among shareholders. ... However organizations that donate to the organization do report their contributions. ... (4,645 posts)Lgbtq family members, and the majority of those families support their loved ones. They arent willing to throw them away, and even encourage their sons and daughters to be their true selves. I am unwilling to support businesses who dont support my family.

(6,485 posts)It is degradation and soiling of those same people. They want the country at large to see us as slime... criminals... unworthy... the list goes on. They will not stop until they can destroy us all in the most horrific and public way possible. And, they are trying desperately to make sure that it is all legal.
