This is a different technique than the one I learned as a health care provider.

Maybe others could post their examples here.

thoroughly for 20 seconds, I was amazed by how different the skin of my hands felt. This long, thorough washing seems to remove a layer of something--maybe dead skin cells, maybe grease?

He also did not go far enough above the wrist for my liking.

I have always washed my hands like that.

Also, when you work as a custodian in a school there is just something that drives you to keep your hands washed.
