thoroughly for 20 seconds, I was amazed by how different the skin of my hands felt. This long, thorough washing seems to remove a layer of something--maybe dead skin cells, maybe grease?

Surprising that this wasn't the familiar method all along.

(11,686 posts)3. Hmm, he forgot to do each finger and make sure the beds around the nails get scrubbed.
He also did not go far enough above the wrist for my liking.
I have always washed my hands like that.
Also, when you work as a custodian in a school there is just something that drives you to keep your hands washed.
