surgeon's staffer called me this morning to ask whether I think July 5 would be a good date for my surgery; they're holding the date for me! Imagine THAT!
I said 'probably,' as my eye issue isn't an issue according to 2 eye docs I saw, tho having 2 cardio tests next week. I expect nothing significant, but what do I know? 
SO, my July 4 may be in Baltimore! USUALLY in DC (or MD,) did spend one in Bermuda!
AND I'll have to FAST on July 4!!! OH NO!!!
