I have to say, this is one of the most engrossing series I have ever watched. The cinematography was spectacular - both the CG and the normally acted scenes. Acting was really strong, all of the characters were perfect for the roles that they played. And, of course, the storyline was great. Trying to explain the concept of a multiverse is not an easy task, but this 2 part series stitched it together really well. I particularly liked part 2....it was surreal in many aspects of the story.
If you are looking for something that is science-fiction fantasy, this would be an excellent series to binge.

(12,902 posts)I've enjoyed that series so far, despite some of the glaring oversights like having explosions make noise in a vacuum -- but that's par for the course for most sci-fi. I thought the different societies and the political intrigue, not to mention the bizarre science-fantasy aspects, were fun, and the main characters make an appealing crew.

(24,148 posts)I thought it should have ended there. I wasn't as wild about the second season. I felt like they sort of milked it. Just my opinion.

(28,521 posts)Using the same characters in another universe and added more depth to the storyline. That last scene opened the door to yet another aspect to this story. Could be an infinite possibility of future verses....

It's a pretty interesting concept and executed in a way that right away grabbed our attention.
