If you're paying for Netflix you might as well check them out. I've seen the three winners -- all wonderful.

1. I have not had the nerve to watch "My Octopus Teacher".

I've heard enough people talk about how much they cried over it, I have been avoiding it.

I am always wary of films featuring animals anyway.

Maybe I need to watch it when I need a good cry but just can't quite get there.

I am very pleased that it received the award.

2. There's a (kind of) happy ending

I'm really, really glad I saw it.

3. Do watch it. It's not really a sad movie.

It's touching, which is why some folks cried over it. What a great film. It'll change the way you think about octopuses for sure.

4. Just saw "Crip Camp" -- WOW!

As much as I liked My Octopus Teacher, Crip Camp was better IMHO. Incredible story.
