School of Chocolate on Netflix. Must see.

It is part school, and part competition. I really liked the balance. Every episode you learn a new technique with chocolate. And, the best part is that there is also a balance between teamwork and humility, and the old cutthroat competition that we've come to know too well.

Actually, the ones who were there to learn and not into cutthroat-ting, were able to rise to their potential without being trounced by the more dominant players. That's very rare.

Since other shows have been mentioned, here is mine. Nothing to do with cooking, and I know nothing about knives, but Forged in Fire is awesome. Perfectly paced, very educational and they beat the living crap out of the knives.

I second Blown Away.

Peace
