The Unforgivable - Netflix

I've seen reviews that are all over the map, but I thought it was good. Sandra Bullock plays a woman who has just gotten out of prison after 20 years. Sandra is 57 and her character is probably closer to 40, but honestly I think she pulls it off. It's a pretty heavy drama and while some have said it was predictable, I found it engrossing and was surprised a couple of times.

It is based on a British mini-series from 2009 called "Unforgiven", so if you already saw that, there won't be any surprises for you.

So many of today's movies are about super heroes and fantastical stories, that I've given up on them. This at least had a storyline where no one flew in and out of castles and over dragons.
