Only 40 min. in and so far, so good! Getting (re)used to commercial breaks is a pain in the butt, but hey- the movie is free so I can deal (and pass the time checking DU).
It feels like if Kubrick and Lovecraft wrote an episode of that tv show Numbers. Or something. I'm definitely down with that!

and have a bad feeling some humans are projecting selfish, human motivations on to benevolent beings.
Or I’m totally wrong and it could be a “To Serve Man” situation.
I like not knowing and am really enjoying the movie
(but not all these commercial breaks. Ugh.)
