watching on my laptop,,,, went to abc.com first then to the Oscars,,,, abc.com first then select hulu from the list,,,, it's working just fine (Thanks to my Husband for figuring that out)

(5,785 posts)Try logging off then back on. Once my HULU wouldn't load on a smart TV and I googled the problem. No lie. The fix was to turn off the TV and then unplug it. Plug it back in and log on. Damn ! It worked.

Shortly after the broadcast from Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles began at 4 p.m., viewers took to social media, flooding X to report issues with logging into their accounts, poor video quality and trouble passing Hulus new subscriber agreement page, among other problems.
After recovering from that at around 6 p.m., the streaming platform managed to anger viewers even more by ending its broadcast before the awards for best actress and best picture were announced.
