Time to get new HAs. Oh my. $1300 for basic bte

ya gotta do what ya gotta do but dang it is expensive.

I got my last ones as refurb ones from my ear person and one finally died after 7 yrs. I am hoping I get the same lifespan out of this one. I get to pick it up in a couple weeks, will let you know how it goes.

If it's for one, you're being overcharged. Go to Costco.

2. That's for 1. Costco's would be a hundred less, but I get to support local business and

free batteries, cleanings, etc.

I checked with what Costco offers here and for $100, I'm going with this. Even $1200 at Costco seems outrageous but I guess it is what it is. Things have changed in 7 yrs.

Not top of the line, but not bottom, either.

6. I know this is too late, but for next time

If you are working, check your vocational rehab. It varies by state, but my last two sets of hearing aids have been paid for by the State. You take what the audiologist gives you though. I am so deaf that I get top of the line. Here in Florida you must be working or working with vocational rehab to find work.
