Feeling claustrophobic

I'm off work on disability. I spend time at home. I'm a homebody, but I get anxious and feel a bit claustrophobic at times. My apt is about 900 sq feet.

Just wondering if anyone else ever feels this way. I don't have a garden, unfortunately

1. Since the pandemic I have been feeling this way sometimes.

I had to start getting out and walking. The fresh air, nature, and seeing people really help.

I am an introvert, and do fine by myself, but the pandemic has gotten to me.

Also I have been trying to get out more. I put on a mask and walk around a store occasionally.
Or visit with neighbors and family more since I have been vaccinated with booster.

Movies help. Lots of movies.

In some climates, a raincoat and proper footwear will help. and bug spray.

I keep thinking of things I need but I don't want to be a burden on anyone having to come and take me shopping. And, Madoc my kitten, is due for another vaccination and flea treatment.

The weather is so miserable, I don't want to go outside for longer than it takes to get the mail or feed the ferals.

The whole situation has triggered my anxiety issues to flare up, again. So, yea, I am feeling about the same.

Hopefully I'll be back in the driver seat, soon. Meanwhile, deep breaths and I'm focusing on little Madoc.

He's a former feral. Not cuddly, except when he feels like curling up next to me. He bites when annoyed.

All my life I have considered myself a "people person" and sought out relationships. Since Covid -19 and being in isolation...I have never been happier. It sounds like I was an introvert trying to be an extravert. Is sounds like you may be an extravert and should seek out relationships...pets are awesome.
