to buck up and exercise because SSRIs WORK, and 'bucking up' and exercising DON'T (much.)
DON'T confuse efficacy of the meds with dishonest pharma, that's a foolish and serious mistake.

it seems there are a lot of people who either think that they don't work and/or there is no such thing as depression.

... and willing to speak frankly about our own mental health issues.
For myself, I think I was most inspired by Tobin S.
