but decades ago a therapist gave me a page of emotions, and yes, I still sometimes look to see beyond the basic emotions.

seems like something I would have seen in working for an LCSW's office... and possibly in some "woo" meditation classes

I might need to print it out and paste it on the inside of my current trauma journal.
There was an instance the other day when I was feeling BIG emotions of rage and grief...but those weren't the actual words I wanted... so yeah.
Thank for the info...have you used them?

Feeling overwhelmed & found the articles. So down the Dr Google rabbit hole I went. My journaling about it this weekend was voluminous
