Well, now it appears as if my front tooth is going to be an issue.
I need a root canal, or something to repair this front tooth. It is now starting to hurt all of the time.
I guess I will have to just get them all removed now. I cannot afford to do anything about it other than remove it. I am down almost half of my teeth as it is. I got partial dentures a while back but I have lost too many teeth since then and they are now useless because they don't fit right. I cannot afford to get implants. I cannot afford to get dentures. I cannot afford to get them all removed, but at least that price will only have to be paid one time.
I don't have much longer anyway. Might as well try to lessen the impact of my existence on my husband by forgetting about trying to address my health issues and let nature take its course. We are looking at being homeless anyway because I am nothing but a lump of useless flesh with no value whatsoever. Why be a bigger burden by trying to extend a failure of a life?
I have pliers in my garage. Those will have to do I guess.

looking into suction dentures which are not as expensive as the other kind. Seems to be more comfortable, too. Maybe you could ask your dentist about it. Best wishes to you. 
Everything I touch turns to shit. For example: I have been in three bands in my career that I did not start. I was an add-on. Each band folded not too long after I joined. Two of them had been in existence for over a decade. Cursed.
I warned my husband. I told him that I was cursed and if he hooked up with me, it would affect him as well. I am betting he believes me these days.
Yes, we have an appointment with a realtor on Monday to see a cheap one bedroom. I mean cheap. No amenities. It will literally be 'cabin living'. I may end up washing clothes in the shower. But, it is all we can afford.
Anything that happens to us is going to cause us to be completely broke. My body just keeps on failing and they STILL refuse to do anything. Of course, now that we have King Orange, there will be nothing coming from the government I served and stood by for decades. I should have always gotten the scratch under the table. Watching the rich milk our federal coffers while I have to decide between meds and eating is outrageous.
But, here we all sit, eh?
I stated that the guy thought that was going to happen. When it did not happen, he acted as if moving up here was solely our idea as opposed to his begging us to move here in the first place. He turned out to be a spoiled child masquerading as a normal adult person.
I have mentioned to him before that I was cursed. I don't drone on about it every day.
We are trying but we have no money thanks to having to get another vehicle. Plus, the child had said that he would 'pay for the move'. We are trying not to rile him up until we have secured that funding and made the arrangements. Once we are sure that we are safe, we plan to have nothing to do with him again. He does not know this yet. He still thinks he is 'large and in charge'. I am hoping beyond hope that this property we are checking out tomorrow will turn out to be a good one. Sure, it is like living in a barn compared to where we are now. I don't care. I was raised with less. Even though I am broken down, I feel I can manage it.
As to your last suggestion, it is not off of the table yet.
