Second night of horrible insomnia πŸ˜”

Is it the freaking solar flares or Eclipse energy or WHAT?!?

Last night I couldn't get to sleep until 5:00 a.m. 5:30. Woke up at 11:00 I did not take a nap today. I didn't do a whole lot but I did things around the house, and I even waited until after 11:00 to try to go to bed.

Now it's coming up on 4:30 and I'm still struggling I've taken Benadryl I even took a fucking Valium (which you're not supposed to take with Benadryl), sleep meditation music.. I've tried everything at this point and nothing is making me sleepy. I keep turning the heater down because I keep getting hot flashes....
I don't know what is weighing on my brain but something is keeping me from relaxing and it's pissing me off now. πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜’πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«

I totally sympathize. I've been struggling with insomnia since I had cancer diagnosis five years ago. Walleye Mar 10 #1

1. Tilo (Linden Flower Tea) a/k/a Cuban Valium. Tastes like hay, but you'll be running for the mattress before you've finished a cup.

2. CBD

And I was thinking, boy do we all ever have a lot of anxiety in our lives right now.

I hope you will find a way to sleep well and wake up refreshed, soon. πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™
