I drove to my appt today,
We spoke, about mental health.
Yes, we talked about this forum.
I haven't spoken here, because,
Im not the expert, I just went to my counselor, tossed out my heart, This forum i , come back to,
We can just talk here.

Hi, don't know you. I'm Adam. I struggle with mental health too. Glad you're ok. It's really hard to maintain stability when all this evil chaos is going on. Hang in there.
