Stuffed peppers, a beef pot roast with parsnips, carrots, celery, onions, and a pan of baked pasta with turkey Italian sausage, peppers, and spinach.

The oven photo was just taken - dinners for the upcoming week.

I still have some extremely thin-cut beef steaks to put into a marinade for late-week, gonna leave them overnight then pop into the freezer.

Straight down 75 to 70 and go west 35 miles. 70 runs right by us and we're right on the border.
