the glorious weather is making a big difference

after four days of howling wind, the calm and upper 70s is a balm to my soul. things are green, flowers are blooming and my heart is satisfied.

i hope spring is treating you all well.

1. It is helping me as well

That combined with some changing of my meds has pulled me out of a really bad depressive spell. I could almost cry I finally feel so much better. I had hit another bad low about a month ago. I am so grateful to have a good doctor.

It's definitely improved my spirits. I hope it sticks around a while.
