Even in tornado alley, that's the best way to survive.

Hear them yelling at eachother as if it is fun. Its not fun .
I keep seeing in my head my house gone again. The trees gone . The blood.
Trying to remind myself im in there. But so scared.

someone who had such a traumatic experience should have a couple xanax in the medicine chest.

if you imbibe, have a drink. it is a good drug for anxiety, for all it's downside.
or light one.

is there anyone around who isnt the kind of idiot that stands on their porch watching mother nature bear down on them? someone you can call, preferably someone who has had a similar experience?

Talked to me. Told me to take an extra one of my meds and keep talking.
Some of my friends came over. Some of them want me to come stay with them tonight.

It was a shock to my system.
But all's well now. Friends that know my past have come to check on me. Some are trying to talk me into staying the night with them.
But the meds are taking affect and I'm calming down.
A surprise call from my doctor has helped too.

Thank you all for commenting.

A tornado warning was issued for Pima and Pinal counties here in SE Arizona.

It has been a few years since I have that scare. My Doctor even called to talk me through it. Have an apartment full of friend here now checking on me.

Was not ready for the sudden reliving of May 22, 2011.

Thanks for being a smart phone away!

I have seen the vids of walls of dust and thought that would be it.
I am glad your Dr called you.
I am also glad you reached out.
