When I read GD, I can just feel the anger, hatred, bitterness and frustration

THIS IS THE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FORUM

I can only take X minutes of it and then I have to leave GD for a while. Sometimes I just like to peruse the Lounge. Some times I just have to leave DU for a while. This place, while I love it, gets me angry and depressed after a while, because of our Narcissistic-Psychopath-in-Chief-who-has-dementia-and-delusions (maybe, don't quote me lol)

Let's all remember to take care of ourselves during this period of horrible national crisis. Best wishes to all lurkers and all our lovely regulars here.

Where I just try to find healthy or happy stuff (tinybuddha.com can be a good place) because I know the toll the constant anger, frutration, etc has. But then I worry I might miss out on something big so I sneak peeks and then...ugh.

The holiday season can be really shitty under the best conditions for many of us, dreading the next month. But also what always cheers me up is when strangers come together and find ways to support each other from whatever corner in the world they live in.
