My son, an update

My son is home now. I am hopeful that this was just a bump in the road. The appointment for the botox is set. He just found out about the new medications too. He is open to therapy and that is set too. I am feeling so grateful and blessed. The outpouring of support has been overwhelming but much appreciated. Thank you all.

Even those of us who have not posted our support worry about you and your son.

My eldest sister has terrible migraines. She was getting 5 migraines in a week after botox treatment. She had the Daith piercing and it cut her symptoms down to dramatically. In the first six months after the piercing, she was migraine free. Since than, she has had a few migraines per year. It cut down on the frequency and intensity so she is able to function and work. I hope this information is useful to you.

Having some issues with my 15yr old and we are slowly trying to round the corner. Had to 51-50 him for suicide threats over Mother's day...
He's back home and we actually had our FIRST productive therapy session yesterday. I am hoping we are turning the corner as well

:hugs: hang in there! PM me if you ever want to chat with another momma who's going thru it...
