http://www.calorieking.com/calories-in-sushi.html there really is not that much in most sushi = it is not like eating candy bars.

Juice - I tend to make juice coolers with seltzer, can be very refreshing inthe summer, rather than dirnk so many calories.

You can only eat a little dried fruit without making yourself sick

Lots of people think it is healthy. Not true. Lots of fat and salt.

I thought that by now, we all knew that fat isn't the enemy. Sugar and refined starches are!

I'm currently doing a very modified fat fast...it's a version of Atkins where you increase the amount of fat and decrease the amount of protein you eat, as excessive protein can metabolize into sugar (which explains why I get sleepy during the day if I eat too much meat). So -- bacon. Eggs. Cheeses. Butter, sour cream, cream cheese. Whipped cream w/sweetener (I use liquid Splenda, which avoids the sugar added to regular Splenda). Meats. Fish. Poultry.
Dinner tonight was smoked salmon, wrapped in thin slices of Swiss cheese, with cream cheese and a bit of onion. Almost didn't miss the bagel!

I don't have bandwidth to click one by one through the twelve high resolution pictures.

THIS DOESN"T HELP ME!!!

11. These kind of websites want you to stay longer..

That is why they do not just post one list. Publishing a list would be too easy..and you could paste and copy it and leave..that is not what they want you to do

To lose weight weight we should avoid foods excessive with saturated fat, calories, cholesterol, sodium.
For exemple, we should avoid: alcoholic drink, Meat, fast food, egg yolk, ice cream, potato chips, chocolate

I'll have it anyway, but feel guilty.

15. Go Ahead

Friday night at my house used to be pizza night. For TLofML, it still is. For me, it's salad with carrots, tomatoes, cukes, two eggs just barely hard boiled, cheese, sunflower seeds and buttermilk/yogurt blue cheese dressing.

The eggs are organic, and the omega 3s and lecithin in the yolks are SO good for you. The cheese gives you the milk fat, but most of the sugars (lactose) have been converted in the process of becoming cheese.

Fat is not the enemy. Grains and sugary foods are. Salt is not even the enemy. Eat a spoon of salt, and you'll drink water like a crazy person till you have peed it out. Put salt on extra high glycemic pretzels or potatoes, and when the insulin comes screaming into your bloodstream to go store all that sugar in the fat cells, it carries the salt along with it.
